"Earth's first Tall Club"—California Tip Toppers—was founded in 1938 by Kae Sumner Einfeldt. She had the insight to create a club for the tall community, and we are still going 88 years later. On the first Sunday in May each year, TCI members are encouraged to set aside a special time to raise a toast to Kae, reminding us of her vision. Please join this year's toast with us on Zoom, May 3, 2026.

Your Social Committee is always looking for sponsors to host house parties, hikes, shows, dine-outs, happy hours, and almost any kind of event you can imagine. You can make their
job easier by volunteering your ideas to them. Start by letting Will know what you have in mind. Once he has locked in your dates, be sure to send all the details to Susan Walker by her
deadline, so that she can include the information in the monthly calendar.

Check out the new video that was done in conjunction with our "cousins" in the Tall Persons Club of GB and Ireland.This is the write-up provided by the club.֍ New video – We were recently asked to participate in a 15 minute documentary about being tall – Simon Hickman and several club members were interviewed for "A WORLD FOR SHORT PEOPLE" by Luca Pappalardo about the day to day life of Rocco Nanut who is 203cm or 6’8”. It is a thoughtful and inciteful video about being tall with some wonderful gentle, positive messages and a credit to the producers, Simon and our founder Phil Hienricy who sadly did not appear in any of the embedded photographs, as we had no editorial control and only became aware after it had been completed. Thoroughly well worth a watch regardless.Thank you Tall Persons club of GB and Ireland for sharing.
